If an Elisabeth Bell piece is made to order, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production, excluding holidays. You will receive shipping information once your order is complete and ready to leave the studio. In stock items ship are ready to ship.

If you need your piece by a particular date, please email info@elisabethbelljewelry.com before placing your order. While rush requests cannot always be guaranteed, our team will let you know what may be possible.

Yes. Longer chain lengths may be available for an additional $25 per inch. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the requested length and any applicable cost.

Because every piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Custom and personalized pieces are also final sale.

Please email info@elisabethbelljewelry.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs so our team can review your request and provide repair or claim instructions.

Should you ship your item back to us for any reason, you assume responsibility for insurance and proper packaging of your item. Elisabeth Bell Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Orders canceled within 12 hours are eligible for a full refund. After 12 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on the materials purchased and the amount of work already completed. Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. If an international shipment is refused, the recipient is responsible for the original shipping charges, applicable import fees and return-shipping costs.
