To preserve your jewelry, avoid contact with lotions, fragrances, household cleaners, chlorine and salt water. Remove your piece before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping, and store it separately in its pouch when not being worn.
Gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after wear. Because natural gemstones vary in sensitivity, please contact us before using commercial cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners or steam.

Production Time
Each piece is made to order by hand in Los Angeles. Please allow 4–6 weeks, excluding holidays, for production. For time-sensitive requests, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns & Cancellations
Because each piece is handmade to order, purchases are final sale except in cases of damage or defect. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
Orders cancelled within 12 hours are eligible for a refund. Later cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all applicable import fees.
Refused shipments remain responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees and return-shipping costs.
